Clube Condor & Cashback

Project Overview

About

The Clube Condor & Cashback project is an evolution of an existing service. The purpose of this version is to be a web platform where the customer can access offers, marketing campaigns and check transactions and cashback available through the purchase system.

Challenge

The challenge was to improve an existing service and implement several new features, including a wallet system where the customer could track the cashback of transactions carried out.

My Role

My role was to work on the user experience, develop the application design system, collect the needs of stakeholders and implement the solution with technical feasibility by the development area.

Tools

Codepen (System & Code), Adobe XD (UI & Prototype).

The Process

Discovery & Problem Definition

Several surveys and meetings were carried out with stakeholders to define the main features of the application, campaigns, exclusive areas for suppliers, digital wallet, products with cashback and integration with the e-commerce ecosystem.

Solution

We arrived at the definition of a super app highlighting the most active products and suppliers in the company, as well as the most purchased products and the most frequent access by digital customers, presenting products with greater demand, thus providing quick and easy access by the user, the balance information in the digital wallet and cashback was also highlighted, for quick access to this feature. Active marketing campaigns are highlighted on the first page to show which campaigns the user is participating in.

Visual guides and design system

The first version of the application already existed and it was necessary to create new elements to complement the layout. Iconography was developed for the product sessions, color styles for backgrounds and buttons, interactions and animations.

The design system created was implemented in web and mobile technologies, being necessary to create the responsive components and design tokens. The entire prototype and componentization was developed in HTML and Javascript, to be implemented in Angular by the development area, in this way, the components were designed to meet the technical feasibility and speed up the implementation. I actively participated from the design to the frontend coding of the components and handoff to the development team.

Final Product

The first version of the project was released and is available on a responsive web platform (clubecondor.com), where the customer can access from any device and monitor the transactions carried out in real time, complementing the digital service available through the application.
